I am looking forward to the Genesis post. The verse that stuck out to me most from today's reading was about the narrow way and how few find it from Matthew 7:12-14. The path is not easy. There are many detours and distractions along the way. Why do we think it should be easy to be a Christian? Is it easy to be a doctor, engineer, teacher, ice skater, gymnast? If it were easy, He would not have had to send his son - He is the only way. We cannot earn his gift ... "Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!" (2 Cor 9:15) But He calls us to "live a life worthy of the calling." (Eph 4:1) Together with our Lord, may He use us and our other brothers and sisters to help people find the narrow way in whatever way He chooses. Thank you for keeping me in your blog roll!
